KBR, Inc., a U.S. company incorporated under the laws of Delaware, filed a notice of arbitration against Mexico under the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules regarding an International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) arbitration award issued in December 2009. KBR alleges that Mexico violated NAFTA Article 1102 (National Treatment), Article 1103 (Most-Favored-Nation Treatment), Article 1105 (Minimum Standard of Treatment), Article 1110 (Expropriation and Compensation), and Article 1503 (State Enterprises).
