06-160.        South Korea - Annex to the data exchange agreement of May 15, 1963 on rocket motor defect assessment.  Signed at Arlington and Seoul May 4 and 22, 2006.  Entered into force May 22, 2006. 

 

06-161.        Algeria - Agreement with respect to articles and services provided from the Government of the United States of America to the Government of Algeria pursuant to the Trans Sahara Counterterrorism Initiative.  Effected by exchange of notes at Algiers March 20, May 31 and June 20, 2006.  Entered into force May 31, 2006. 

 

06-162.        Denmark - Memorandum of understanding regarding the assignment of a foreign liaison officer to the headquarters, United States Strategic Command, with annex.  Signed at Omaha and Vedbaek May 21 and June 2, 2006.  Entered into force June 2, 2006. 

 

06-163.        Panama - Agreement regarding the status of United States personnel who may be temporarily present in Panama.  Effected by exchange of notes at Panama June 2 and 6, 2006.  Entered into force June 6, 2006.
