06-131.         Paraguay - Agreement regarding the strategic objective grant to fight corruption, with annex.  Signed at Asuncion May 8, 2006.  Entered into force May 8, 2006. 

 

06-132.         Afghanistan - Agreement amending the strategic objective grant agreement of September 19, 2005, as amended, for the strategic objective of a better educated and healthier population.   Signed at Kabul May 11, 2006.   

 

06-133.         Afghanistan - Agreement amending the strategic objective grant agreement of September 19, 2005, as amended, for the strategic objective of a thriving economy led by the private sector.  Signed at Kabul May 11, 2006. 

 

06-134.         Canada - Agreement on the North American Aerospace Defense Command. Signed at Ottawa April 28, 2006.  Entered into force May 12, 2006.  

 

06-135.         Nicaragua - Millennium Challenge Compact, with attachments and annexes.  Signed at Washington July 14, 2005.  Entered into force May 26, 2006. 

 

06-136.         Romania - Memorandum of arrangement regarding assignment of liaison officers, with Annex.  Signed at Norfolk May 30, 2006.  Entered into force May 30, 2006. 

 

06-137.         Georgia - Agreement regarding the rescheduling of certain debts owed to, guaranteed by, or insured by the United States Government, with annexes.  Signed at Tbilisi November 18, 2005.  Entered into force June 2, 2006. 

   

06-138.         Cameroon - Agreement amending the agreement of February 5, 2002, as amended, regarding the consolidation, reduction and rescheduling of certain debts owed to, guaranteed by, or insured by the United States Government and its agencies, with annexes.  Effected by exchange of notes at Yaounde February 22 and March 31, 2006.  Entered into force June 2, 2006.
