December 28, 2007 - Convention Between the Government of the United States of America and the Government of the Kingdom of Belgium for the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with Respect to Taxes on Income and accompanying Protocol, signed on November 27, 2006, at Brussels (the "proposed Treaty"). December 28, 2007 - Tax Protocols with Denmark signed May 2, 2006 (109-19); Finland signed May 31, 2006 (109-18); and Germany signed June 1, 2006 (109-20).

April 26, 2007 - U.S.-UK Extradition Treaty signed on March 31, 2003. Treaty Doc. (108-23)

April 25, 2007 -  Treaty with Guatemala for the Return of Stolen, Robbed, Embezzled, or Appriopriated Vehicles and Aircraft. Treaty Doc. (105-58)

March 8, 2007 -  US instrument of ratification of the Protocol Additional to the Geneva conventions of 12 August 1949, relating to the Adoption of an Additional Distinctive Emblem (Protocol III) concluded at Geneva on December 8, 2005, was deposited with the Swiss Confederation. The Protocol will enter into force for the United States on September 8, 2007. Treaty Doc. (109-10(A))

January 1, 2007 -  Council of Europe Convention on Cybercrime (The "Cybercrime Convention" or the "Convention"), which was signed by the United States on November 23, 2001. Treaty Doc. (108-11)
