The project selection dates on this schedule are fixed.

Depending on the particulars of a specific project and/or course as well as student and office availability, Diplomacy Lab Teams and corresponding Department offices may choose to change the timing of conferences or submission of the final product. They may also change the frequency of conferences, while maintaining a minimum of three.


*The opportunity to conduct an in-person briefing in Washington is not guaranteed, and is heavily dependent on a variety of factors, including the availability of Department principals for such a briefing.  Costs for travel related to such in-person briefings will not be covered by the Department of State.  Lack of such an opportunity not an indication of poor project quality.
