Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton traveled to Geneva, Switzerland on February 27 to 28. While in Geneva, she held consultations with her counterparts on the situation in Libya, and events and trends in the broader Middle East. She also addressed the high-level segment of the 16th session of the United Nations Human Rights Council.
