British Students Shadow Secretary Powell

 

As part of a reciprocal program with the United Kingdom, two British students, Mei Lai Lu and Tom Minor, are shadowing Secretary Powell all day, July 11, while earlier in the week two American students, Stephanie Abrego and Shaun Oldaker, shadowed British Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs Jack Straw. Here, Secretary Powell greets the students, who will be in the United States for a week as they learn about American government and culture.
