National Committee on American Foreign Policy Hans J. Morgenthau Award

The National Committee on American Foreign Policy presented the Hans J. Morgenthau Award to Secretary of State Colin L. Powell in recognition of his prowess as a military leader and his judicious political realism in formulating, articulating, and implementing United States foreign policy.
