Secretary of State Powell traveled to Los Cabos, Mexico and Crawford, Texas, October 23-27.  Secretary Powell led the U.S. delegation to the APEC Ministerial Meeting. He traveled to Los Cabos on Wednesday, October 23 to attend meetings there. Secretary Powell then went to Crawford, Texas for the meeting that President Bush had with President Jiang Zemin of China on October 25. Following the Crawford meeting, Secretary Powell returned to Los Cabos.
