SECRETARY RICE: Well, I think Norway's a very good ally and I'm looking forward to our discussions on Afghanistan and the Middle East and of other issues. We've had a chance to meet at several meetings in Europe and this is an opportunity to continue those discussions.

QUESTION: But are you disappointed by the Norwegian (inaudible)?

SECRETARY RICE: Norway is a very good ally. I think I've told you that before.
