DLAMINI-ZUMA: Well it's always good to meet (inaudible) in this situation. I also saw your beautiful picture with Madiba (inaudible).
SECRETARY CLINTON: That was an extraordinary experience for me. I was so pleased to see him and had a wonderful visit with him and Graca. It was a lovely afternoon.
But I want to congratulate you and tell you how pleased the United States is to be looking at the first woman president of the AU. That is something that means a great deal to me personally. But more importantly, I think it will mean a great deal to all the people of Africa, but particularly the women. It sends a strong positive signal about the direction we must go.
