At the invitation of Mexican Foreign Secretary Patricia Espinosa, Secretary Clinton traveled to Mexico City and Monterrey, Mexico from March 25 to 26. While in Mexico, Secretary Clinton discussed a broad range of bilateral and international issues of mutual interest, including cooperation under the Merida Initiative.
