The Department of State hosted a conference on data visualization at the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts on September 23. The conference explored ways to use fascinating and innovative visualization techniques to view information in a variety of ways to draw conclusions and convey messages that before would have been drowned in a sea of numbers.
