The Counterproliferation Program Review Committee (CPRC) produces an annual report to Congress on the efforts of the Department of Defense, Department of Energy, Intelligence Community (since 1994), Department of Homeland Security and the Department of State (since 2008) to improve the U.S. Government’s ability to address WMD and means of their delivery, particularly in the area of research and development (R&D). The VTT Office coordinates and prepares Department of State input for the CPRC Report.
