To Walk the Earth in Safety (2002)

The 4th edition of "To Walk the Earth in Safety: The United States Commitment to Humanitarian Demining" is the latest in a series of annual reports on the status, progress, and success of the U.S. Government's efforts to mitigate the threat of landmines around the world. This publication provides historical descriptions of the landmine problem in affected areas, describes the nature of U.S. mine action assistance to various countries, and highlights notable accomplishments since the program's inception.
