The normal range of general subjects is offered. Instruction is in English. There are German language lessons for all students. The School is a regular but not accredited member of the European Council of International Schools and recognized by the State of Saxony as meeting its required standards.

Enrollment: Enrollment at the opening of the 2000-2001 school year was 85 (Kdg.-grade 11).

Facilities: The School occupies a part of a local German public school and has its own playground area. Facilities include 11 classrooms, computer facilities, a library, and a lunch room, as well as shared use of the science laboratories, gymnasium and auditorium.

Finances: In the 2000-2001 school year, the School's income is derived from state subsidies, sponsorship, and regular day school tuition. Annual tuition rates ranged from $3,309 to $7,941. The School also charges an entrance fee of $1,368 and a yearly registration fee ranging from $176 to $353. The fees may be paid in U.S. dollars or local currency.
