Thank you for your interest in the Department of State's Presidential Management Intern Program.
The PMI Program was established by Executive Order in 1977. It is designed to attract to the federal service outstanding graduate students from a wide variety of academic disciplines who have an interest in, and commitment to, a career in the analysis and management of public policies and programs.
The Department has identified several projected positions for the 2001 Presidential Management Intern Program. Position descriptions are described below by clicking on the link 2001 PMI Program list of available positions. This list will be updated as placements are made or new positions are identified.
