Focus on the Issues

Focus on the Issues is a series of six publications designed to highlight key foreign policy issues through excerpts from testimony, speeches, and remarks by Secretary of State Madeleine K. Albright. The series includes four regional publications--Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Americas and two thematic--strengthening civil society and the rule of law and building peace and security around the world.
