Letters from Assistant Secretary Julia V. Taft, Bureau of Population, Refugees, and Migration.
After each quarter in the year, PRM Assistant Secretary Taft sends
out a letter to various Friends of PRM--humanitarian representatives,
think tank executives, academics, etc. The letter provides highlights
and summarizes activities of PRM during the previous quarter.
Shortly after the letter is mailed, it is posted on the web site.
