Information on Viewing   The FY 2000 Congressional Budget Presentation, Emergency Migration and Refugee Assistance document appears on the U.S. Department of State's web site as a PDF file. To view the file in PDF format, you either must have Adobe's Acrobat Reader installed, or you must download Acrobat Reader by going to Adobe's installation page at http://www.adobe.com/prodindex/acrobat/readstep.html   To convert a PDF document to HTML using Adobe's "access.adobe.com" service, go to http://access.adobe.com/simple_form.html and enter the file's URL (http://www.state.gov/www/global/prm/CPDFY2000.pdf) into the form which appears on that page.
