New Listing:

Effective July 1, 2000 Tarawa, Kiribati is listed as a separate location. The "Other," Kiribati per diem rate is based on Tarawa.

Post Deletions:

The following cities are deleted in PD Supplement No. 434 effective July 1, 2000: Alice Springs, Brisbane, Darwin Northern Territory, Hobart, Townsville, and Woomera, Australia; Kunsan, Pohang, and Pyongtaek, Korea; Habarana, Sri Lanka; Jerba and Tabarka, Tunisia.

Seasonal Change:

Effective July 1, 2000 San Jose Del Cabo, Mexico has an annual rate. Seasonal rates are no longer warranted for San Jose Del Cabo, Mexico.

Danger Pay:

Effective 6/4/00, Federal civilian employees detailed 4 consecutive hours or more to Eritrea may be granted 15% danger pay allowance under Chapter 650 of the Standardized Regulations (GC,FA).
