Disaster Relief:
Condolences to the families of the victims in the Nairobi bombing can be sent via AF/EX, Room 3519, U.S. Department of State, Washington, D.C. 20520.
Those wishing to assist FSNs and their families can contribute to the "Emergency Relief Fund for Foreign National Employees." Checks should be made out to "Department of State" with the notation "FSN Emergency Fund" c/o Donna Bordley, FMP, Rm. 7427, Department of State, Washington DC 20520-7427
In addition, the Red Cross is accepting contributions to assist Kenyan and Tanzanian bombing victims. Checks made out to 'American Red Cross/East Africa Embassy Bombings" can be sent to Disaster Relief, American Red Cross, PO Box 37243, Washington DC 20013. The Red Cross will disburse the funds through the Kenyan Red Cross in Nairobi and through the ICRC and Federation of Red Cross/Red Crescent in Dar es Salaam.
