Korea -- Four Party Preparatory Meeting

A third Four Party preparatory meeting with the participation of the United States, the People's Republic of China, the Republic of Korea, and the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, will be held in New York City on November 21, 1997. The preparatory meeting will be held to make arrangements for the Four Party plenary talks.

The meetings will be held at Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs. We wish to express our appreciation to Columbia University for its generosity in making these facilities available.
