The 16th annual U.S.-Mexico Binational Commission (BNC) is being held in Mexico City, Mexico, on June 3-4, 1999. The BNC is a unique forum established by the two countries to allow for regular exchanges on a wide range of issues critical to U.S.-Mexican relations. It brings together Cabinet Secretaries and other senior officials from both nations to meet in plenary sessions and working groups where they discuss the complex and diverse issues that make up our relationship. Material from this forum will be posted as it is released.
