Major Recommendations:

That the Commission’s quarterly publication, International Educational and Cultural Exchange, remain effective.
That ECA’s Africa programs be reexamined.
That there be a central place for books, pamphlets, directories, annual reports, etc., of private and governmental organizations of all programs in international educational and cultural affairs.
