Major Recommendations:
- That American businesses encourage more African-Americans to build bridges to African businesses.
- That attention be focused on the potential for educational and cultural exchanges with the People’s Republic of China.
- Address the increasing need for data banks, with quick retrieval facilities, containing information on government and private activities in educational and cultural exchange.
- That the Commission attempt to raise and pursue questions about the exchange process which other groups do not have the time to undertake.
