    Emergency Notification of Arms Sales

    Acting in accordance with authority granted to us by Congress, I made a determination under the Arms Export Control Act to formally notify Congress of 22 arms sales to Jordan, Saudi Arabia, and the U.A.E. These directly protect U.S. citizens and our partners.

    Secretary Pompeo’s Upcoming Travel

    Secretary Pompeo will travel to Germany, Switzerland, The Netherlands, and the United Kingdom from May 30 to June 5. In addition to bilateral meetings, the Secretary will participate in the opening of GES 2019 in The Hague and join President Trump’s state visit to the U.K.
