Founded in 1967, ACS International Schools serve the needs of global and local families across four campuses, three in the UK and one in Doha. ACS Hillingdon is a co-educational day school where diversity, innovation, academic excellence and global awareness come together to deliver an exceptional school experience. The school currently has 560 students aged 4 to 18 years and represent almost 50 nationalities. The school year comprises of two semesters from late August to mid-June.

Organization: ACS International Schools is governed by a board of non-executive trustees; each trustee is elected for a three-year term. The board appoints the Chief Executive Officer for the organization with an executive team reporting directly to the CEO. This team consists of a Marketing, Development & Admissions Director, HR Director, Chief Finance & Estates Officer, Director of Education & Integrated Technology, Partnerships Director and the four Heads of Schools.
Curriculum: The robust curriculum is built on international standards and a world-renowned program of studies is offered, including the International Baccalaureate Diploma (IBDP), IB Career-related Program (CP), AP Capstone Diploma and Advanced Placement (AP) courses, as well as the new Global Citizens Diploma. The expert teachers and staff members not only educate but provide personalized pastoral care to students in early childhood ages 4 to 5 (pre-kindergarten and kindergarten), lower school ages 6 to 9 (grades 1-4), middle school ages 10-13 (grades 5-8) and high school ages 14-18 (grades 9-12). Alongside the core subjects, a wide range of study options are available including drama, art, music, STEAM, health and PE and engagement with communities at the local, national and international level.
Co-curricular: There are a wide range of activities, including visual, music and performing arts, after-school activities such as sports, cooking, chess, dance, digital art, a number of sports teams and overseas projects.
Accreditation: The school is accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC), International Baccalaureate, Independent Schools Association (ISA), ECIS, Global Citizens Diploma, ISTA, and The College Board.
Faculty: In the 2023-2024 school year, ACS Hillingdon has 156 total staff including 74 teachers, 23 of whom are U.S. citizens, 22 host-country nationals, and 29 third-country nationals.
Enrollment: As of September 2022, enrolment is 596. Of the total, 183 are U.S. citizens, 209 are host-country nationals, and 204 are third-country nationals.
Facilities: The historic 11-acre campus is less than 14 miles from central London, enabling students to benefit from opportunities in both the city and countryside, an extensive busing service with door-to-door and express shuttle services into the capital available. The school has three libraries, science and IT labs, art studios, gym, auditorium and music center complete with recording studio. The grounds feature an all-weather 4G playing field, tennis and basketball courts. Offsite facilities include a 14 acres site to support football, rugby, and track and field as well as access to local amenities including a swimming pool and indoor sports halls.
Finances: The current annual tuition fees are as follows (these ranges include all grades): Day tuition from £12,510 to £28,870. Tuition fees by grade are available on the website or from the Admissions Team.
