Acting Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs Philip Reeker will travel to Berlin and Moscow September 16 to 18 for meetings with senior officials and to attend key events.

In Berlin, Ambassador Reeker will join Under Secretary for Political Affairs David Hale for the second U.S.-Germany Strategic Dialogue, at which they will discuss U.S.-German cooperation to address a wide range of global security challenges.  This is a follow-up to the first U.S.-Germany Strategic Dialogue that took place in Washington, D.C. in March 2019.

From September 17-18, Ambassador Reeker will travel to Moscow where he will meet with government counterparts to discuss bilateral relations; with representatives of civil society; and with our Embassy Moscow Team.
