Hosted by the U.S. Department of Commerce, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, and the Corporate Council on Africa, in partnership with the Prosper Africa initiative, USABF will focus on advancing two-way trade and investment partnerships that bolster Africa’s role in the global economy, scale innovation and entrepreneurship, and drive progress in key sectors. The Deal Room, hosted by Prosper Africa, is a media announceable room for bold, new and expanded commitments from U.S. and African businesses, governments, and investors. All commitments will be announced for the first time in the Deal Room. Commitments are embargoed until December 14 at 7:30 a.m. EST. The Deal Room will also be live-streamed on the Prosper Africa website at www.prosperafrica.gov. Please see below a full list of the companies and speakers that will be present in the Deal Room. Reporters will have the opportunity to interview companies after their commitment announcements.
