05. Amendment of Annex II on Conservation of Antarctic Fauna and Flora to the Protocol on Environmental Protection to the Antarctic Treaty, done at Baltimore April 17, 2009.

The Amendment of Annex II became effective on the date on which Measure 16 adopted at the 32nd Antarctic Treaty Consultative Meeting was deemed to have been approved by all Antarctic Treaty Consultative Parties in accordance with Article 9 of Annex II to the Protocol.
