In general, the school can support students whose learning support needs are MILD MODERATE and MORE INTENSIVE. The school is able and willing to accommodate students within the following categories: physically and orthopedically impaired, visually impaired, autistic, specifically learning disabled, intellectually disabled, behaviorally/emotionally disturbed, multiple disabilities, other health impairment, speech or language impaired. The American School of Brasilia (EAB) is a private, English-language, International Baccalaureate (IB) School founded in 1961. We offer an educational program from K3 through grade 12 and have students from over 40 countries. We offer the opportunity for students to develop bilingualism with our strong Portuguese language program. The school year is comprised of two semesters extending from early August to December 09 and from January 11 to June 7.
