Assistant Secretary Holmgren to Deliver Remarks on Intelligence Diplomacy

Assistant Secretary of State for the Bureau of Intelligence and Research (INR) Brett Holmgren will deliver remarks on the future of intelligence diplomacy and participate in panel discussions at the Cipher Brief Annual Threat Conference in Sea Island, Georgia, from October 7-9, 2023.  He will also discuss the role of open-source intelligence and technology in supporting INR’s mission, and provide views on world events.  Assistant Secretary Holmgren’s formal remarks will be on Monday, October 9, at 10:15 a.m. EDT.
