Belgium Claims Program

If you have received a letter from the Government of Belgium regarding payments from the Department of State in connection with your Overseas Social Security Pension, you must forward this correspondence to:

You must forward the letter by June 1, 2017 to receive consideration, and you must also include a copy of your driver’s license or passport.

Please be advised that if the United States Department of State does not receive written responses by June 1, 2017, the United States of America will deem the claim waived and all potential payments will be forfeited.
