Andrew Veprek's term ended on May 22, 2020.

Andrew Veprek is a career member of the Foreign Service. He joined the Bureau of Population, Refugees and Migration in April 2018 with responsibility for admission of refugees to the United States and international migration policy. He has served overseas in Cameroon, Canada, Iraq, and Thailand. His domestic assignments include the Department of State’s Operations Center, the Bureau of East Asian and Pacific Affairs, the staff of the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Foreign Affairs, and the White House.
