Charles “Chuck” O’Malley joined the Department of State in July 1994 and has served at least one tour in every geographic bureau in the Department. These postings include Burundi, Singapore, India, Barbados, Vietnam, the United Kingdom, Washington, DC, Israel, and Turkey.
Chuck is a graduate of the prestigious Foreign Service Institute (FSI) and Information Resource Management (IRM ) partnered Executive Development Program and holds a master’s degree in Government Information Leadership from the National Defense University. Chuck is known across the IRM community as a mentor and advisor and his annual career reference treatise is read by most in his field.
