Kristina Rosales Kostrukova is currently the State Department’s Spanish-Language Spokesperson and Director of the Media Hub of the Americas based in Miami, Florida.
She previously served as the Department of State’s Portuguese-Language Spokesperson and at U.S. Embassies in Qatar, Brazil, and Cuba. Kristina holds a Master’s degree in Latin American Affairs and Public Health from Columbia University, and a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies and Latin American Affairs from the University of Miami.
Kristina speaks Portuguese, Russian, and Spanish.
