The Office of Foreign Assistance (F) leads the coordination of U.S. foreign assistance. It advances U.S. national security and development objectives by coordinating policy, planning, and performance management efforts; promoting evidence-informed decision making; and providing strategic direction for the State Department and U.S. Agency for International Development foreign assistance resources.

Foreign Assistance Evaluations

In accordance with the Department of State's program and project design, monitoring, and evaluation policy, and its guidance on dissemination of evaluation results, the Office of Foreign Assistance will publish full evaluations of unclassified foreign assistance evaluations on a rolling basis beginning in calendar year 2015.
