Neustar v. Columbia

Neustar, Inc. filed claims against the Republic of Colombia in connection with a concession to administer Colombia’s country-level internet domain (the “.co” domain). The claimant alleges that Colombia has violated Articles 10.3 (National Treatment), 10.4 (Most-Favored-Nation Treatment), and 10.5 (Minimum Standard of Treatment) of the Trade Promotion Agreement between the United States and Colombia.
