Chang Ping-Yun, allegedly a former senior member of the command of the Shan United Army (SUA), is wanted for Federal drug violations of attempted importation of heroin, distribution, and conspiracy in the Eastern District of New York. Ping-Yun is believed to be residing in a military safe house in Burma, possibly in Rangoon, under the protection and watch of the Burmese Government.

The United States Department of State is offering a REWARD OF UP TO $2 MILLION for information leading to the arrest and/or conviction of Chang Ping-Yun.
