The three Dhahran Campus Schools (ISG) Dhahran Campus Schools (Dhahran Elementary/Middle School, Dhahran High School, and Dhahran British Grammar School) are coeducational day schools delivering preschool through grade 12 programs for expatriate students on a shared 40-acre campus. The site is also the location of the District Office of the International Schools Group (ISG). ISG (formerly SAIS-Saudi Arabian International School) was founded in 1962 and operates six schools throughout Saudi Arabia, serving approximately 4,000 students. The school year comprises two semesters extending from late August to mid-June.

Organization: ISG is governed by a 12-member Board of Trustees. It operates under a license granted by the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Education.

Curriculum: In addition to the three Dhahran Campus Schools, ISG operates 3 other schools within 3 curriculum divisions. A U.S. curriculum is offered at Dhahran Elementary/Middle School, Dhahran High School, and ISG Jubail. These schools are accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools. Students in the American Division have a course of studies typical to that of North American schools. Subjects offered include the core curricular areas of mathematics, social studies, English/language arts, and science as well as Arabic, Spanish, French, technology, physical education, drama, instrumental and vocal music, and a variety of AP courses. The IB Diploma program is offered at both DHS and ISG Jubail. Students also participate in a full range of cocurricular activities including sports, drama, music festivals, study trips, MUN, and Habitat for Humanity. ISG Dammam, an MSA-accredited school, operates within the International Division and delivers a modified U.S. curriculum. Sara Village School and Dhahran British Grammar School are the two British curriculum schools within ISG that offer the National Curriculum of England, accredited by the Council of International Schools.

Faculty: For the 2019-2020 school year, there are 94 full-time equivalent educators at Dhahran Elementary/Middle and High Schools.

Enrollment: For the 2019-2020 school year, enrollment in the Dhahran Elementary/Middle and High Schools is 1,244.

Facilities: Dhahran Campus is located on a 40-acre compound adjacent to the U.S. Consulate. The campus provides for the operational needs of Dhahran Elementary/Middle School, Dhahran High School, and Dhahran British Grammar School. A library resource center with approximately 100,000 items serves the 3 schools. Other facilities include a dining hall, 3 multipurpose gymnasiums, a mini-theater, an auditorium, a preschool, and a medical clinic. All facilities are air–conditioned. The Dhahran Campus Schools will be moving in late 2021 to a new, purpose-built, state-of-the-art campus. Located adjacent to the Canary Vista Compound, it is within close proximity to Dhahran, Dammam, and Khobar. Once constructed, the new ISG campus will be the premier educational facility of its type in the Eastern Province.
