In accordance with the Department of State’s program and project design, monitoring, and evaluation policy, and its guidance on dissemination of evaluation results, the Office of Foreign Assistance will publish full evaluations of unclassified foreign assistance evaluations on a rolling basis beginning in calendar year 2015. Bureaus and independent offices may publish evaluation summaries when appropriate and/or in addition to their full evaluation.

The President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR), which is housed in the Office of the Secretary of State, employs an inter-agency model to implement work across the world with many different partners. Projects, programs and activities are administered, monitored, and evaluated regularly by the responsible partner agency and in compliance with specific agency requirements.
