Having access to ITU (and CITEL) documents is essential to well-informed participation in the ITAC and in our preparatory processes. We will enable U.S. citizens and permanent residents subscribing to the ITAC list who confirm their interest in participating in the advisory process and/or supporting our preparatory processes to have ITU TIES (and CITEL Collaborative Space) accounts to access meeting documents. Participants are expected to be self-sufficient in terms of accessing and downloading documents. Participants in the ITAC who are not U.S. persons should rely on their respective Member State for document access. We do not enable accounts for non-U.S. persons. Please contact ITAC@state.gov with questions.
