Summer Institute for International College Admissions Counselors
June 20-23, 2023
A four-day College Board information/professional development institute specifically for college guidance counselors in American/international schools to be held at New York University, New York, NY. Fee supported. Scholarships are available for OS assisted schools.
- New Counselor Strand: Four-day training that covers the fundamentals of university advising, to guide new counselors through key components of the admissions process.
- Experienced Counselor Strand: Four-day training that explores ways to refine an existing college counseling program and provide experienced counselors with a forum to discuss timely issues with peers and seasoned admission officers.

Leadership Paradoxes and Possibilities Program

A new OS invitational program for current school heads, using the Washington DC region as a learning laboratory to investigate the complexities and future of school leadership. We recognize the need to construct and communicate a persuasive story of purpose and the imperative of finding a way through the thicket and danger of change toward your preferred leadership future. Guided by literature, contemporary leadership research and best practice, we’ll embark on these essential conversations together.
