Liu Szu-Po was allegedly a principal heroin distributor for Chang Chi-Fu and operates several heroin refineries along the border of Thailand and Burma north of Chiang Rai Province, Thailand. Szu-Po has been hiding in Mong Kan, Sheh Pi, and Wan Chang in Burma, and was last seen in Thailand at Ban Hin Taek (Chiang Rai) where he maintains a large residence.

Szu-Po is wanted in the Eastern District of New York for Federal drug violations of importation of heroin into the United States and conspiracy.

The United States Department of State is offering a REWARD OF UP TO $2 MILLION for information leading to the arrest and/or conviction of Liu Szu-Po.
