12. Agreement to Amend the Agreement of 3 August 1959 to Supplement the Agreement Between the Parties to the North Atlantic Treaty Regarding the Status of Their Forces with Respect to Foreign Forces Stationed in the Federal Republic of Germany, done at Bonn October 21, 1971

Entered into force January 18, 1974.

In accordance with Article 4, the Agreement was subject to ratification or approval and instruments of ratification or approval of the Agreement were deposited by the signatory States with the Government of the United States of America. The Agreement entered into force thirty days after the deposit of the last instrument of ratification or approval.
