Resolute Forest Products Inc. (“Claimant”), incorporated in Delaware, filed a claim against the Government of Canada relating to measures allegedly adopted by Nova Scotia and Canada in support of a supercalendered paper mill located near Port Hawkesbury, Nova Scotia. The Claimant alleges that Canada has violated Article 1102 (“National Treatment”), Article 1105 (“Minimum Standard of Treatment”) and Article 1110 (“Expropriation and Compensation”).
