A Courtesy of the Port, or Port Courtesies, is an expedited clearance through customs and immigration at the first port of entry into the United States for Foreign Government Officials and their official entourage members traveling on official business. This program is managed by the Department of State’s Office of the Chief of Protocol in coordination with U.S. Customs and Border Protection, U.S. Secret Service (USSS), Diplomatic Security (DS), and Consular Affairs.
