The speech will take place on Monday, April 19, 2021 at 4:15 p.m. at the Chesapeake Bay Foundation Headquarters in Annapolis, MD. Out of an abundance of caution and in order to practice safe social distancing, Secretary Blinken’s speech will be pooled press coverage only.
