Secretary of State Michael R. Pompeo met with UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson today in London. Secretary Pompeo and Prime Minister Johnson discussed strengthening bilateral ties following the UK’s departure from the EU, including negotiating a U.S.-UK free trade agreement. The Secretary and Prime Minister also spoke about the importance of maintaining the integrity of communications networks and about security concerns in the Middle East, including holding Iran accountable for its destabilizing behavior.
